It's mild, reaching nearly 10°C, but don't forget the brolly if you're out later in the afternoon — there's a band of rain expected to sweep through, especially in the later parts of the day. Across Wales, it's a mixed bag with some rain developing later this evening, so if you're planning to be out and about, do keep that in mind. Otherwise, it's a typical winter day, with temperatures reaching nearly 7°C. In the Midlands, it remains dry but chilly with highs just over 5°C.
